This store is in need of serious intervention and customer service training.

I should have read all of these reviews before I placed an order.
I am very disappointed by Nordstrom, I place my second order online, and after one week I received 2 emails telling me that 2 of my items they are canceled.
That has made it Even more confusing.
If you enjoy a family atmosphere and thrive in a fast-paced environment, it might be the right place for you! If you are not able to complete an online application, please contact the Human Resources office at any Nordstrom location.
